I've been working with Daniel for almost a year now and I only have great things to say. I joined because my entire life I thought that I was bad at singing and didn't have a loud voice. I joined because it was my goal to sing to my little girl as she grows up. By my second session Daniel helped break that belief for me and now I'm happily singing out loud in public and private for my family. The sessions are fun, funny, and focused on the things you actually need to work on to improve. If you ever believed you were bad at singing, sign up for classes. The Intro Session
One Session. A Clear Diagnosis. Zero Guesswork.
Dark Mountain Music has coached over a thousand students since 2019, with a focus on helping adult beginners understand and train their voices from the ground up.
Our approach comes from years of private vocal coaching, real lesson experience, and repeated work with students who came in thinking they were bad at singing.
In your intro session, we guide you through Vocal Precision Mapping™—our proven series of vocal checks that uncover the real reasons singing feels hard for you.
Singing can feel mysterious, but it really only comes down to five things working together: pitch, rhythm, and the “triple threat” — proper breath support, vocal cord closure, and tension management.
Once these five things are under control, getting a bigger range, stronger tone, faster runs, or vibrato starts to happen naturally.
Our Vocal Precision Mapping™— process uncovers exactly what needs attention. No guesswork.
By the end of this one session, you’ll know exactly what’s standing between you and the voice you’ve always wanted.

Your session is built around Daniel’s Vocal Precision Mapping process.
When Daniel has availability, he’ll work with you directly. If his schedule is full, you’ll be matched with a trained Dark Mountain instructor who uses the same method and coaching standards.
Either way, you’re not getting random lessons—you’re starting with a clear process built to find what your voice actually needs.
Is This Right For You?
Let’s make sure we’re a good fit.
This Is For You If…
- You’ve always wanted to sing better but never knew where to start.
- You’re tired of feeling embarrassed of your voice.
- You feel like your voice doesn’t cooperate when you sing.
This Is Not For You If…
- You’re looking for a magic quick fix.
- You’re not willing to practice at all.
- You’re already a professional singer.
No judgment. Seriously.
Most adults who come to us feel nervous at first. Some have never sung in front of anyone. Some were told they couldn’t sing. Some have spent years hiding their voice.
That’s normal here.
Your first session is not a performance, audition, or test. It’s a low-pressure voice mapping session where we figure out what your voice is doing and what would help it improve.
Online vs. In-Person
The truth about online vocal coaching.
With the right coach, the progress doesn’t come from being in the same room. It comes from understanding your voice and knowing exactly what to practice between sessions. That’s what our mapping process gives you.
A lot of traditional lessons leave students dependent on the teacher: you sing, get corrected, leave with a few warmups, and hope it clicks by next week.
But if you don’t understand what your voice is actually doing — or whether the exercises you were given are even targeting your specific problem — you can spend months or even years practicing and still not improve.
We don’t want you dependent on us forever.
The Difference
Why our online coaching works so well.
Sound Familiar?
Maybe you've checked out a few teachers, watched vocal tips online, or practiced quietly when nobody was around.
But your voice still doesn't sound the way you want it to, does it?
- Maybe part of you wonders if you're just not naturally talented.
- Maybe you worry your voice is too far behind.
- Maybe the idea of singing for someone feels awkward or embarrassing.
Singing doesn't have to be something you either have or you don't. It's mechanics.
Every voice can be understood, trained, and improved.
But only if you know exactly what's wrong.
Most traditional lessons start by throwing warmups at you while you're left hoping something sticks. The problem is, exercises only matter if they're solving the right problem.
We don't guess. You won't spend months practicing the wrong thing and wondering why nothing is changing.
No Strings Attached
Start With One Session. That’s It.
- No Subscription
- No Auto-Renewal
- No Hidden Fees
- No “You Must Sign Up For 3 Months”
If you want to continue training together after, we can recommend a coaching path that fits your pace, schedule, and budget.
If you don’t, you still leave with a clear map of what we uncovered—so you at least know what’s holding you back.
Limited Availability
We only take on a limited number of students.
Here’s the truth: we make sure everyone gets the attention they deserve. So we don’t have unlimited capacity. Once we hit a certain number of students, we stop accepting new ones until spots open.
If you’re reading this and you’re serious about improving your voice, here’s your window.
Most of our students put off coaching for two, three, sometimes five years before booking. The ones who waited longest usually say the same thing…
“I wish I’d done this sooner.”
Picture It
Imagine this time next year.
Picture yourself at a gathering. Someone puts on music. Everyone starts singing along.
You don’t feel that familiar knot in your stomach anymore.
You open your mouth—and your voice comes out steady, confident, and controlled.
People turn to you. “Wow, I didn’t know you could sing.”
That person exists.
You’ve thought about singing long enough.
One 30-minute session. A clear diagnosis. A path forward.

faq
I'm nervous. What if I sound bad?
That fear is normal — and it fades fast. Our coaches are trained to create safe, encouraging environments where even shy singers can grow. You’ll never be judged — just guided.
What if I have no time to practice?
You’re not alone. Many of our students are busy adults juggling work, kids, or both. That’s why we build real momentum in your actual lesson time. You’ll leave each session already sounding better — even if you didn’t practice that week.
What if I'm not musical?
Singing isn’t about being born gifted — it’s about training your ear and learning coordination. If you can speak, you can learn to sing. Even total beginners who thought they were tone-deaf started hitting real notes — sometimes in their first singing lesson.
Can I try one lesson before committing?
Of course. You can start with a single session and see how it feels — no pressure, no long-term commitment. We believe in earning your trust, not locking you in.

WHY OUR STUDENTS GET RESULTS
GET AN ANSWER. ANY DAY OF THE WEEK.
Support doesn’t stop when the lesson ends. If you’re stuck, confused, or just need a quick check-in, we’ve got your back between sessions — so you never waste a week spinning your wheels.
NEVER FORGET WHAT TO PRACTICE.
After each singing lesson, we send you a simple recap: what you learned, what to work on, and exactly how to do it. You’ll feel clear, confident, and actually know how to improve — even on your busiest weeks.
FLEXIBLE LOCATIONS.
No long drives. No traffic stress. Choose online or in a coach’s home studio near you — so it’s easy to stay consistent, even with a busy life.
HIGHLY QUALIFIED, EXPERIENCED TEACHERS.
You’re not learning from someone who’s “just OK.” Our coaches are vetted pros with years of experience helping adults sound better fast. No guessing. No wasted time. Just real skill — and a plan that works.
